- Support the assessment of the asset inventory process, ensuring accurate tracking of asset location, condition, and maintenance history.
- Provide analytical and technical support for Army audit readiness efforts related to major end items.
- Assess the use of Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSRs) to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Review and validate compliance of annual inventories with Army regulations and conduct sampling assessments.
- Provide support for external auditor site visits and assist with resolving systemic issues related to capital assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Army logistics, personal property, and supply chain management.
- Significant experience with Army property book and unit supply policy, asset management, and audit readiness.
- Proficient in using a variety of DoD and Army accountable property systems of record (APSRs).
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Familiarity with systems such as AESIP, GCSS-Army, LMP, DPAS, and DSS.
- Demonstrated ability to create a cooperative team environment and facilitate meetings.
- High energy and enthusiasm for interacting with senior officials and stakeholders.
