Position Summary

The Senior Architect, Database Migrations is responsible for migrating database systems across Vendors and operating systems. The job scope includes implementing software solutions for ERP compatibility and contributing to advanced development initiatives including AI integration and HUB architectures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead database migration projects, including MSSQL, Oracle and Postgre

    SQL conversions for enterprise clients.
  • Design and implement migration strategies ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on cloud integration (AWS, Azure) and automation workflows.
  • Provide technical leadership for complex migration initiatives and performance tuning.
  • Support client engagements requiring project management, client-facing skills, advanced technical troubleshooting and secure configuration.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in troubleshooting and system-level programming.
  • Experience with ERP systems and enterprise application support.
Preferred Skills
  • Deep experience in Postgre

    SQL, Mongo Db, MSSQL, Oracle, and cloud platforms.
  • Strong background in automation, scripting, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with security best-practices and secret management tools.
  • Proven ability to work across global teams and manage critical incidents.
