- Collaborate as an Oracle E‑Business Suite Functional Analyst/Test Analyst within a cross‑functional SAFe team
- Provide functional Oracle knowledge to analyze, solution, and support all aspects of SAFe agile development
- Create test plans/scripts and perform unit and functional testing, including supporting government integrated testing (GIT)
- Support system and user acceptance testing activities, ensuring timely issue resolution
- Analyze features and user stories, collaborating with the agile development team on solutions and deployment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting/Finance, or relevant Oracle EBS certification
- Five years of IT experience, with at least three years in large‑scale Oracle ERP implementation
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12.2
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a Tier 1 background investigation
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
- Prior experience in the DOD/Federal Government environment
- Experience in testing as part of an agile development team
- Familiarity with Safe agile development and Atlassian software
- Experience in creating functional design documentation and test plans/scripts
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic working environment that supports a government agency
