Job Description

• Lead technical design & mentor juniors
• ICM architecture & optimization
• Complex rule building

• Assist in development and configuration of Varicent components under guidance.
• Implement basic rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform unit testing and support defect resolution.
• Collaborate with senior developers for code reviews and best practices.

• Lead technical design and development of Varicent solutions.
• Build and optimize complex calculation rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce coding standards.
• Ensure system performance, scalability, and security compliance.
• Support deployment and post-implementation activities.

• Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Maintain documentation for configurations and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
