• 3-5 years of applicable work experience
• Proven experience managing projects from start to finish
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM
• Expertise in architecting, designing, or implementing integrations and applications

• Experience as a technical liaison or working with a development team
• Superior skills in project management with the ability to balance competing needs
• Strong engagement experience in a customer-facing role
