• Act as the senior technical analyst and process team lead for projects in the functional area
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and review business requirements
• Develop strategies and implement approaches for project deliverables and documentation
• Oversee design reviews to ensure project/system designs meet business needs
• Perform API validation and troubleshoot data integration issues

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst, consultant, project manager, or related role
• Experience defining business requirements for API solutions integrating Guidewire policy center
• Proficiency in designing Google Cloud-hosted APIs and utilizing IICS for ETL processes
• Knowledge of insurance domain expertise in policy administration, underwriting, and claims processing

• Familiarity with analyzing JSON based API payloads
• Experience collaborating with QA teams for defect resolution and system stability
• Background in regulatory compliance supporting rating models and premium reporting
