• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and partners on the status of infrastructure programs, including risks and dependencies
• Act as a technical advisor, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and propose solutions
• Coordinate multiple projects and manage interdependencies among them
• Drive decisions with stakeholders to eliminate roadblocks and resolve customer issues
• Manage RFP timelines, milestones, and documentation, supporting projects from RFP through NPI completion

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in data center and/or industrial technical program management
• 5+ years of project management experience, including scope determination and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and integration strategies
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic environment

• PMP certification
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to Data Center Infrastructure
