Our client is currently seeking a qualified Senior Dev Ops Consultant - Cloud Infrastructure & Platform Engineering to join their team in a remote role.

This consultant will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure and platform engineering solutions. This is a high-impact consulting role that requires deep expertise in Azure cloud services, Databricks platform administration, containerization technologies, and modern Dev Ops practices. You'll serve as the technical authority for infrastructure automation, security, and scalability across multiple client engagements, while driving the adoption of cloud-native architectures and best practices within diverse enterprise environments.

• Cloud Strategy Development
  :
  Design comprehensive cloud infrastructure strategies and migration roadmaps for enterprise clients
• Platform Engineering
  :
  Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective platform solutions using Azure services and Databricks
• Infrastructure Automation
  :
  Implement Infrastructure as Code practices using Terraform, ensuring consistent and repeatable deployments
• Container Strategy
  :
  Design containerization strategies, implement Kubernetes clusters, and establish container security and governance policies
• Network Architecture
  :
  Design secure network topologies, implement connectivity solutions, and ensure optimal performance and compliance

• CI/CD Pipeline Engineering

  Build sophisticated Git Hub Actions workflows and Azure Dev Ops pipelines supporting complex deployment scenarios

  :
  Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and practices that can benefit client infrastructure and operations

• Databricks Management
  :
  Administer Databricks platforms including workspace management, cluster optimization, cost management, and integration with data sources
• Cost Optimization
  :
  Implement cloud cost management strategies, resource optimization, and financial governance practices
• Capacity Planning
  :
  Design and implement auto-scaling solutions, capacity planning, and resource management strategies
• Backup & Recovery
  :
  Implement comprehensive backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
• Vendor & Tool Management
  :

• 8+ years of Dev Ops/Infrastructure experience with 4+ years in senior consulting or lead roles
• Azure Cloud Mastery
  :
  Expert-level proficiency in Azure services including App Services, Container Instances, AKS, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Virtual Networks
• Databricks Platform Administration
  :
  Hands-on experience managing Databricks work spaces, clusters, security, networking, and integration with Azure services
• Infrastructure as Code
  :
  Advanced proficiency with Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure at enterprise scale
