- Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation per EPMO policies

- At least 5 years of experience in software or technology project management with an advanced degree, or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience

- Advanced knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Experience with lean or value stream management concepts and techniques
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and programs
- Familiarity with technology skill development and learning platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders effectively
- Experience with lean process reviews and mapping exercises
