• Subject matter expertise in contract negotiations and IT services vendor proposals
• Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong writing skills in both languages
• Demonstrated superior analytical skills and strong business acumen
• Ability to work on a multi-cultural global team and conduct occasional travel (up to 25%)

• Experience with large IT services vendors such as IBM, Accenture, and Fujitsu
• Hands‑on negotiation experience with enterprise application implementations or outsourcing models
• Experience publishing research or speaking at industry events
• Advanced degree (Master's) in a relevant field
