Sr. Product Analyst

• Conduct large-scale hypothesis testing and statistical analysis, including A/B and multivariate testing
• Collaborate with product teams to design effective analytics tracking and advise on success metricsli>
• Develop and communicate data solutions across various stakeholders through dashboards and reports
• Partner with product leadership to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Create clear analyses and actionable recommendations to support product managers

• 5+ years of experience in the technology industry within an analytics function, with at least 3 years in Product Analytics
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL; knowledge of Python/R is a plus
• Advanced experience with BI tools, preferably Amplitude and Tableau
• Strong project management skills and experience working with internal stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred

• Experience in product experimentation and measurement
• Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard design
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights effectively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for health and wellness initiatives
