Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager at Travel Leaders Network – You will be responsible to oversee the day-to-day strategy, growth and development of a new social media program that allows us to create and post content on behalf of thousands of travel advisors and agencies. In addition, you will provide strategic growth and development for our consumer facing social media channels.

You will work very closely with a dedicated team of content creators providing direction, thought leadership, guidance, and support in order to drive desired results across all social media platforms. This role will influence and impact thousands of independent travel advisors and travel agencies across the US and Canada as well as impact our consumer facing social media strategy.

  • Social Media Program Management – That Maximize program enrollment, onboarding, retention, and education for 2,500+ highly engaged members across the US and Canada by creating strong marketing strategies across a variety of B2B communication such as email, webinars, Facebook groups, Training, in-person events, etc.
  • Application & Membership: Oversee all aspects of approval and onboarding
  • Email Marketing: Craft email marketing strategy and communication
  • Webinars & Meetings: Host meetings with internal and external partners
  • Facebook Group: Oversee content, membership, engagement and strategy

    Create and execute education plans and strategies
  • Subject Matter Expert: Point of contact for training, support, sales, advisor memberships, internal staff, etc.. for all things program related
  • Administrative Projects: Responsible for all aspects of program including maintenance, administration and execution of all projects with the support of internal teams
  • Social Media Strategy – Utilize data-driven insights to craft and manage comprehensive social media content strategies that drive growth, engagement and leads across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube for Social Media Programs in the US and Canada as well as Travel Leaders consumer facing social media channels.
    • Spot Trends, Drive Insights: Lead trendspotting and social listening to translate cultural insights into strategic opportunities that drive performance
    • Own Performance & Optimization: Track performance, analyze data, recommend optimizations to enhance engagement and reach
    • User Generated Content - Oversee all aspects of gathering UGC from Staff and Advisors including training on best practices, creating content strategies and more
    • Original Content - Provide direction for all content creation travel across the team in collaboration with Creative and Social
    • Champion Social Across Organization: Share insights, educate staff and advisors, be an advocate for social media’s strategic value and the team
  • Paid Social Ad Management -
    • Experience with Facebook Ads Manager: Boosting Content, Analytics and Performance
    • Understanding of Meta Business Manager: Page Set-Up and Maintenance
    • UTM’s & Link Building: Creation, analytics and troubleshooting of link building and UTM’s
    • Budgeting & Planning: Coordinate monthly campaign management
  • Thought Leadership: Work hand-in-hand across Paid & Organic Social and Digital to assist the team in troubleshooting, brainstorming and ideation.
