• Base salary up to $85,000

• Develop processes to automate reporting efforts for the Employee Benefits Claims organization
• Deliver insights through in-depth analysis to support management decision-making
• Create management dashboards to highlight key issues for leadership
• Track and analyze the outcomes of various initiatives post-implementation
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop a claims data strategy

• 3+ years of direct experience with claims reporting in an Employee Benefits / Group Insurance setting
• 2+ years of experience with Excel, Access, Tableau, SQL, and/or other relational databases
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis, including setting up and querying relational databases
• Specific experience supporting products such as group dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits

• Experience with FINEOS claims software
• Familiarity with machine learning and Artificial Intelligence initiatives
• Strong written and oral communication skills to convey technical topics clearly
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with innovative problem-solving abilities
