We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Manager, SEO to drive SEO strategy and execution (including the path forward to excel with AEO & GEO) for our Ever Pro Vertical. At Ever Pro, we empower Home Service Professionals with a suite of innovative solutions that enable them to work efficiently, communicate effectively and thrive financially. Ever Pro is a leading provider of business management software, customer experience applications and billing & payment solutions for our customers in SMB services industries.

This role involves driving organic growth through technical SEO strategies that ensure maximum crawlability, indexation, and performance across all search engines. As Sr. Manager, SEO, you’ll lead a team of SEO strategists and be skilled at partnering with agencies as an extension of your team when needed. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, content, and analytics, to enhance search visibility, improve site performance, and execute comprehensive SEO strategies.

This position also requires experience managing multiple websites and driving Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to support SEO efforts.

SEO Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement a technical SEO roadmap focused on optimizing crawlability, indexability, and structured data to drive organic growth.
  • Own and prioritize the technical SEO backlog, aligning projects with business objectives and ensuring timely execution.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and UX teams to implement SEO best practices across site architecture, internal linking, and user navigation.
  • Manage site performance optimizations, including Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile optimization, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits using industry tools such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and others to diagnose issues and implement scalable solutions.
  • Stay informed about search engine algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.
  • Drive AEO and GEO strategies and execution.
Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Utilize tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools to track, analyze, and report on site performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain key SEO KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to assess organic traffic impact.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to optimize SEO hypotheses and ensure continuous performance improvements.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
  • Collaborate with product, and development teams to ensure SEO-friendly site architecture and that SEO requirements are integrated into development cycles.
  • Work closely with content teams to optimize on-page content and ensure alignment with search intent and overall, SEO strategy.
  • Lead discussions and provide expertise on JavaScript SEO, server-side rendering, and other complex technical SEO topics.
  • Foster communication and alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote SEO best practices and ensure SEO initiatives are understood across teams.
