What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Operationalize the enablement roadmap, translating strategy into structured work streams and measurable outcomes
  • Maintain the enablement calendar and manage logistics for onboarding and training initiatives
  • Oversee the management of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Define and manage enablement metrics and dashboards to track program effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align enablement with business needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of experience in enablement, training operations, program management, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to operationalize programs and manage complex initiatives
  • Experience with LMS/CMS tools such as Skilljar or Highspot
  • Familiarity with CRM and GTM systems, including Salesforce and Gong
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
