• Become an expert in product areas, serving as the primary contact for stakeholders before engaging with technical teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to scope and refine AI solutions that enhance business value and user engagement
• Draft clear business requirements and technical documentation based on discussions with business unit stakeholders
• Manage the intake process for new requests from internal engineering and product teams
• Define key performance indicators to evaluate product success and facilitate the voice of the customer in technical discussions

• Minimum of 3 years of technical product management experience with a proven ability to define product scope and deliver alongside technical teams
• Strong understanding of Data Science, ML, GenAI, and data analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Spark, AWS, Azure, and Snowflake
• Ability to listen to diverse audiences and translate needs into AI and analytics solutions
• Familiarity with machine learning, data engineering, and software engineering concepts
• Proficiency in Agile frameworks and product management tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Experience guiding teams through the AI lifecycle, including managing intake processes for new AI use cases
• Background in either B2B or B2C environments, with a focus on intellectual curiosity and self‑starting capabilities
• Previous experience in building AI products outside the healthcare industry
