• Provide comprehensive application support for platform products, ensuring stability and performance in production environments
• Lead a team specializing in manual testing, API tests, test automation, and performance tests
• Implement automation test frameworks to streamline issue identification and resolution
• Coordinate cross-team efforts to address and resolve application issues
• Mentor junior software quality engineers and coach team members on quality assurance practices

• 5+ years of experience in QA/testing, with an emphasis on automation testing
• Hands‑on experience with API testing, Robot Framework, Postman, and JMeter
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Strong understanding of platform engineering environments
• Experience testing IDP systems, SSO logins, and message bus systems

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Basic coding experience for debugging or small enhancements
• Exposure to AI testing and prompt engineering concepts
• Proven experience in leading QA teams or initiatives
• Working knowledge of SQL and Elasticsearch for validation and troubleshooting
