• Define the long‑term vision and roadmap for the shared agentic AI platform and MCP server infrastructure
• Collaborate with engineering, ML/AI, and Dev Ops teams to design scalable and secure AI/ML architectures
• Oversee the development lifecycle from requirements through deployment and ongoing optimization
• Establish frameworks for model evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Champion best practices in agent workflow design, AI/ML Ops, and evaluation methodologies across the organization

• 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years focused on AI/ML products, platforms, or infrastructure
• Strong understanding of agentic platforms, multi‑agent workflows, and the AI ecosystem
• Hands‑on familiarity with AI/ML Ops, including model deployment pipelines and evaluation frameworks
• Experience building or managing shared platforms/tools used by multiple product teams
• Excellent cross‑functional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience implementing or managing an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server or similar contextual orchestration systems
• Background in SaaS or multi‑product portfolios
• Familiarity with enterprise‑level security, compliance, and scalability requirements for AI
