We’re seeking a Lead AI Product Designer who embraces AI‑augmented design workflows to shape the future of computational engineering. You’ll leverage cutting‑edge AI tools to accelerate design iterations while creating intuitive interfaces that make complex HPC workflows accessible to thousands of engineers. This role requires mastery of both traditional design craft and emerging AI‑powered design methodologies.

• Pioneer AI‑driven design workflows using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Git Hub Copilot
• Leverage AI for rapid prototyping, user research synthesis, and design system generation
• Build custom AI workflows for design tasks (component generation, accessibility testing, copy optimization)
• Establish best practices for AI tool integration within the design team
• Use AI to analyze user behavior patterns and generate data‑driven design recommendations

• Own end‑to‑end design for major product initiatives impacting $10M+ in revenue
• Lead design strategy for AI‑powered features (intelligent job optimization, predictive resource allocation)
• Create scalable design systems that adapt to diverse computational workloads

• 7+ years of product design experience, with 5+ years in enterprise B2B software
• Demonstrated expertise using AI tools in production design workflows
• Track record of shipping AI‑powered features or intelligent user interfaces
• Experience leading design for products with $5M+ revenue impact
• Portfolio showing sophisticated design systems and complex technical workflows
