Senior Marketing/Data Cloud Technical

We are looking for a Senior Marketing/Data Cloud Technical professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and implementation of our marketing and data cloud solutions. You will be responsible for driving technical projects, ensuring their success from conception to delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end technical delivery and resource allocation for projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, developing contingency plans to keep projects on track.

• Hands-on Development: Contribute to the technical architecture, development, and deployment of marketing and data cloud platforms.

• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights.

• 8+ years of experience in a technical role, with a focus on marketing automation, data platforms, or cloud technologies.

• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Data Cloud platform

• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management.

• Proven ability to design and implement complex customer journeys and marketing solutions.

• Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and resolving technical risks.

• Proficiency in relevant technologies and platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, various CDPs).

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
