• Lead and execute datacenter migration activities for Oracle database infrastructure
• Design and implement migration strategies utilizing Oracle RAC, Dataguard, and Golden Gate Microservices technologies
• Configure and validate Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) in the target datacenter environment
• Perform migration testing, validation, and cutover activities while troubleshooting database performance issues
• Coordinate with network, storage, and infrastructure teams to ensure successful migration

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) in production environments
• Strong expertise in Oracle Active Dataguard for disaster recovery implementation and management
• Proven experience with Oracle Golden Gate Microservices setup and management
• 10+ years of Oracle database administration experience, particularly in datacenter migrations
• Proficiency with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for installation and operational management

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or Oracle Certified Master (OCM) certification
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Python scripting
• Experience with Oracle Data Pump, SQL
