• Configure and support clinical applications within the Epic electronic health record (EHR) software for Acute Care member clinics
• Develop, document, and deploy solution functionality, ensuring clear documentation for usability
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal system performance
• Collaborate across departments to support project implementations and address member maintenance issues
• Create and optimize technical documentation to support process improvement and alignment across teams

• Proven experience as an Epic Beaker Solutions Analyst or similar role
• Strong critical thinking and advanced technical skills for troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Ability to develop and maintain clear documentation for usability and future reference
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively across departments
• Commitment to skill development and competency growth in technical design and analysis

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic
• Experience in a nonprofit or health care setting
• Strong communication skills for effective knowledge sharing
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
