• Salary range of $96,160 - $144,240 per year

• Collaborate with Go-To-Market teams to enhance workflows related to the customer journey
• Identify and improve inefficiencies in Salesforce UI/UX to boost user adoption
• Manage data normalization and duplicate data prevention within Salesforce
• Create detailed process flow diagrams and configuration specifications for UI/UX
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and incorporate feedback into final deliverables

• 3-5 years of experience on the Salesforce platform
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities
• Proficiency in Sales cloud data models, object and field best practices, and integrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

• Salesforce Administrator and App Builder certifications strongly preferred
• Experience with third-party application configuration a plus
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles
