Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
We are seeking a skilled Service Now Developer to design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Service Now scripting, workflows, and modules, along with experience in implementing ITSM processes and integrations with external systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and customize Service Now applications using JavaScript, Glide Script, HTML, CSS, and XML.
- Configure and maintain Service Now modules: ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Incident, Problem, Change.
- Create and manage business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, Flow Designer flows, and Service Portal components.
- Integrate Service Now with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and manage LDAP/AD syncs.
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, instance cloning and regression testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices, conduct code reviews, and maintain documentation.
