• Salary range of $193,000 - $225,000, with potential participation in an annual bonus plan or uncapped sales incentive plan

• Manage client delivery based on client‑defined success criteria to maximize return on investment
• Understand and shape clients' business goals and priorities to address their challenges
• Conduct high‑impact consultations with members to guide them along their initiative journey
• Forge and maintain strong relationships with board members and the sales organization
• Collaborate with the Research team on topic and report development, contributing industry expertise

• 15+ years of experience focused on digital transformation
• IT leadership or senior consulting role experience within a Global 500 company
• Proven track record in developing and implementing digital transformation strategies
• Extensive knowledge of the IT industry and a deep understanding of digital/technology leadership priorities
• Strong relationship‑building and collaboration skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Experience with large end‑to‑end transformative initiatives and leading critical programs
• Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives
• Familiarity with Agile, Dev Ops, and emerging technologies
• Advanced critical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning
