Product Support Specialist - MS

• Perform hardware and software evaluations of medical imaging systems to ensure compliance with market specifications
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues while providing remote or on-site support for new products
• Assist in technical training related to product families, including installation and troubleshooting guidance
• Collaborate with Product Management and OEMs to identify optimal components for medical imaging products
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards, including U.S. FDA requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years of technical support experience or equivalent education and work experience
• Advanced knowledge of current IT and network technologies, as well as business productivity software
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing team environment

• Experience with Case Management tracking tools
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and virtualization technologies
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
