What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive product portfolio growth within dedicated accounts and manage pipeline ownership
  • Lead end-to-end deal management, including qualification, proposal development, and closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to secure complex, multi-region sales opportunities
  • Engage internal partners for support on broader account or cross-Business Unit opportunities

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 5-7 years of experience in solution-selling, business development, or executive-level sales in enterprise technology
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, customer, and product domains (BPM, DXP preferred)
  • Proven ability in proactive problem-solving and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated enterprise mindset focused on results, resilience, and drive
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant technical tools

  • Experience in digital solutions and enterprise technology sales
