• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and document technical specifications
• Lead projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the People Technology stack, including Workday and Greenhouse
• Create and maintain test scripts and user guides to facilitate user adoption
• Communicate project statuses and updates to keep teams aligned on progress and milestones

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst, HRIS, or People Technology Project Management role
• Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to produce user-centric documentation
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficient in Workday, with hands-on experience navigating its functionality

• Experience with other HR systems, particularly Greenhouse or other Talent Acquisition technology
• Workday configuration experience is a plus
