What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and administer the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment, including project creation, permissions, resource management, and security
• Design, implement, and maintain Zendesk forms, automations, triggers, and workflows to optimize support processes
• Support the administration and maintenance of the Okta environment, focusing on user lifecycle management and single sign-on (SSO) configurations
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the JAMF environment for macOS and iOS device management
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure the reliability and security of systems

• Proven experience as a Senior System Administrator or in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including IAM, VPC, and various compute services
• Expertise in administering and configuring Zendesk, with a focus on automation and workflow optimization
• Experience with Okta for single sign-on (SSO) and user provisioning
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity or experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) services and concepts
• Scripting skills in Bash, Zsh, Python, JavaScript, Google App Script, and API automation
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
