• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in technical areas

• Experience with Epic Healthy Planet or similar healthcare software solutions
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Previous work in a nonprofit or healthcare innovation environment
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems and processes
• Ability to facilitate knowledge sharing and training among team members
