- Perform daily system administration activities for HaloPV/Argus according to approved Client SOPs and Work Instructions
- Manage user access provisioning, modification, and deactivation in compliance with access control policies
- Support basic workflow and configuration activities under supervision
- Provide Level 1 incident and service request support using the Client ITSM tool
- Maintain accurate operational documentation, ticket updates, and status reports
- Minimum of 5 years of total experience in Pharmacovigilance processes, including ICSR lifecycle
- Strong working experience in HaloPV, Argus Safety, or similar Pharmacovigilance SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with ITSM tools such as Service Now
- Working knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL for basic data validation and checks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
