• Serve as the Gainsight platform owner, responsible for architecting plays and customer health metrics
• Automate ongoing customer outreach to drive product adoption and renewals
• Design and implement advanced workflows using Gainsight tools and integrations
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into customer success metrics
• Provide internal training and support for Gainsight users at all levels

• Gainsight Level 3 Certification or equivalent work‑related experience
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on Gainsight administration experience or similar Customer Success tools
• Strong technical knowledge of Gainsight modules and Salesforce data structures
• Ability to establish integrations between various systems, including Salesforce and financial systems
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non‑technical stakeholders

• Experience with Gainsight PX or in‑product engagement tools
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, or Snowflake
• Experience supporting a global Customer Success organization
