- Become an expert in Service Titan’s Pro Product, Contact Center Pro, and guide clients through its implementation and training

- Work closely with clients to understand their telecom needs and optimize product settings based on best practices
- Participate in feedback loops with the Product team to enhance customer experience and product quality
- 2+ years of experience in Support, Implementation, or Account Management within an enterprise software or SaaS environment
- Proven track record of managing multiple accounts successfully or 1+ years of experience in the home services industry
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical telecom-related issues efficiently
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the capacity to work through ambiguity
- Intermediate understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
- BA/BS degree
- Experience with telecom products or services
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously using data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with best practices in customer success and retention strategies
