• Drive project delivery by managing schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring accountability for delivery dates
• Maintain project health in Jira, ensuring accurate documentation and identification of blockers
• Own the documentation lifecycle, creating and organizing process documents for team members and stakeholders
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating updates and progress
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and support basic data-related tasks to enhance team productivity

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Management support role within a technical environment
• Proficiency in Jira and documentation tools such as Confluence or Google Docs
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and ability to communicate effectively with engineers
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences

• Experience working in a Data Operations or Analytics environment
• Demonstrated ability to push projects from "in progress" to "done" with a focus on delivery
• Proven self-reliance and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
