• Evaluate current technology landscape to ensure tools support required workflows and reporting
• Review compliance lifecycle and identify automation potential for risk management
• Inventory applications and assess integration capacity with GRC and enterprise systems
• Recommend and design technology solutions to improve compliance operations
• Develop technology acceleration recommendations and implementation roadmaps

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• 7+ years of federal IT modernization experience focused on compliance and governance technologies
• Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, and stakeholder management
• Minimum of 5 years consulting experience
• Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance

• Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• GRC Solution expertise
• Familiarity with law enforcement technology requirements and security protocols
• Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
