• Own and manage the full integration project plan across various departments including HR, IT, Operations, and Compliance
• Run Day 1 rollouts, onboarding sessions, and communication plans for newly acquired teams
• Build and implement clear communication plans to facilitate change management
• Track and coordinate integration progress using project management tools
• Continuously improve integration playbooks, onboarding templates, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Minimum of 3 years in project management, implementation, consulting, or integration roles
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up
• Highly organized with strong execution skills in dynamic environments
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex changes

• Experience in M&A integration, systems implementation, or operations roles
• PMP or Agile certification
• High emotional intelligence (EQ) for navigating team dynamics and resistance
