- Document lessons learned and recommend improvements to project processes
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including 4 years in project management
- Professional experience in enterprise-class SaaS software implementations
- Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies
- Proven leadership ability, with outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Prior client-facing experience in a professional setting
- PMP and CSM certifications
- Experience with Salesforce/ Financial Force, Jira, and Confluence
- Previous experience in investment management software implementations
- Professional experience in Financial Services, Technology Implementations, or Consulting
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
