• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital platforms such as Meta, Linked In, and programmatic display
• Manage pacing, spend allocation, and performance analytics for campaigns
• Develop and refine audience targeting strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve funnel performance and measurement infrastructure
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate AI tools into marketing workflows

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing or paid media experience
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools
• Experience marketing to B2B audiences
• Expertise in paid platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, and Linked In

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar certifications preferred
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge conventional marketing strategies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
