Software Support Analyst

• Provide effective software support to clients and customers for Matrix Care and related products
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues that lack standard documented solutions
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to identify the underlying cause of reported problems
• Contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the knowledge base as a tier one resource
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotation as needed

• Excellent customer service skills and verbal/written communication abilities
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Basic computer skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• One to two years of experience in software support, with prior helpdesk experience being a plus

• Knowledge of software support methodologies and the post-acute healthcare industry
• Home health or clinical experience
• Ability to solve clinical problems using innovative home health software
