As a Business Intelligence Manager II, you will lead a small to medium-sized team focused on delivering data-driven insights and reporting solutions.
Outcomes and Activities- Lead the development and maintenance of BI dashboards, reports, and data models to support business operations and strategy.
- Collaborate with PMO, Product, Stakeholders, and Engineering to align data initiatives in the department with business goals.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of tasks and ensure clarity and cleanliness of data pipelines and reporting artifacts.
- Partner with infrastructure and data engineering teams to ensure optimal performance of BI tools and platforms.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of data sources, business processes, and reporting requirements; propose effective solutions.
- Analyze risks and impacts of BI changes on business operations and recommend improvements.
- Apply and advocate for team standards in data documentation, visualization, and testing.
- Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, recognizing upstream and downstream data impacts.
- Continuously improve BI processes and mentor team members to enhance data literacy and analytical capabilities.
- Monitor BI system health and proactively address issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous learning within the team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5 - 8 years leading BI or analytics teams.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proven experience using BI solutions to improve business outcomes.
- Experience managing requirements gathering, prototyping, user acceptance testing, and deployment of BI projects.
