• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into analytics solutions
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of member journey analytics, product adoption patterns, and engagement metrics
• Build and maintain cohort behavior tracking, funnel analyses, and member segmentation frameworks
• Design and develop intuitive Looker dashboards for tracking client and member outcomes
• Provide clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and ad hoc analyses

• 1‑3 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics roles
• Strong SQL proficiency for complex member behavior analysis
• Hands‑on experience building dashboards and models in Looker
• Deep understanding of marketing attribution, conversion funnels, and cohort analysis
• Experience with healthcare claims data and understanding of HIPAA compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Familiarity with GCP services and Big Query for large‑scale member data analysis
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and data transformation tools
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) related to marketing and member data
• Experience building external‑client facing presentations with clear visuals
