• Gather requirements and acceptance criteria for key opportunities
• Participate in SCRUM cadence meetings to support team delivery and track acceptance criteria
• Conduct user acceptance and end-to-end testing of final solutions
• Document solutions for training, process development, and service delivery
• Troubleshoot potential system and process issues and recommend solutions

• Understanding of healthcare financial accounts (HSA, HRA, and FSA) or experience in the Payments industry
• Knowledge of SAFe Agile principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to organize and lead Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions with stakeholders
• Advanced understanding of MS Excel

• SAFe POPM certification
• PMI – PBA, IIBA, or equivalent Business Analyst certifications
• PMI – PMP certification
