What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and develop 4+ medium/large Duck Creek OnDemand or OnPrem accounts
  • Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams
  • Conduct regular meetings with customer leadership to align on business goals and prepare success plans
  • Gather customer feedback and develop actionable plans to enhance the customer experience and retention
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and oversee the adoption of Duck Creek's latest software versions
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Minimum of 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
  • Experience in a customer‑facing, service‑oriented role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Knowledge and experience with Duck Creek Suite and Platform
  • Familiarity with Churn Zero
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server
  • Leadership experience of 1-3 years
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
