- Manage and develop 4+ medium/large Duck Creek OnDemand or OnPrem accounts
- Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for customers, facilitating communication between customers and internal teams
- Conduct regular meetings with customer leadership to align on business goals and prepare success plans
- Gather customer feedback and develop actionable plans to enhance the customer experience and retention
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and oversee the adoption of Duck Creek's latest software versions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Sciences, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum of 6+ years of functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms
- Experience in a customer‑facing, service‑oriented role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non‑technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Knowledge and experience with Duck Creek Suite and Platform
- Familiarity with Churn Zero
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and SQL Server
- Leadership experience of 1-3 years
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
