Technical Customer Care Specialist

• Provide technical customer support via phone, email, chat, and other communication methods
• Resolve routine customer inquiries related to product usage and technical issues
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of business processes and procedures
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM tool
• Facilitate communication with other departments to address client concerns

• High School Diploma or GED
• Generally less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
• Ability to troubleshoot and document system performance and functionality issues
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated dependability and reliability in previous roles
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM case logging and Salesforce
• Knowledge of interaction distribution systems such as Genesys Pure Cloud
• Understanding of the automotive industry
