Senior IT PM​/Scrum Master

• Pay rate of $60-$70/hr. on W2

• Act as SCRUM Master, facilitating key Scrum events and coaching the development team
• Manage the IT Application re-platforming project, ensuring alignment with technical dependencies
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for the migration of "Benefit Capture" to a new platform
• Engage with stakeholders to manage resources, risks, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Address issues during the migration process, implementing solutions to keep the project on track

• Minimum of 2 years of Agile experience
• Proven experience in Agile and Project Management
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• PMP certification required

• 3+ years of experience in Case Management
• 10 years of technical acumen
• Experience in Change Management
• Strategic and tactical mindset
