- Administer and configure Net Suite ERP modules, including Financials, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management
- Maintain integrations with third-party applications using Celigo iPaaS to enhance automation and efficiency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Provide expert-level support to end-users and conduct training sessions to promote system adoption
- Ensure data accuracy and develop custom reports and analytics to support business decision-making
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT administration with a focus on managing business systems
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing and administering Net Suite
- Strong understanding of Net Suite modules and architecture
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Computer Science preferred, but equivalent experience accepted
- Relevant industry certifications such as Net Suite Administrator or other accreditation
- Experience creating analytics using Suite Analytics
- Experience with Suite Script, Suite Flow, Suite Talk, and integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi)
- Basic project management skills, including documenting scope and developing requirements documents
- Experience integrating business systems and platforms
