We are looking for a Manager of Data Migrations to focus on DrChrono and iSalus, Ever Health’s EHR products.

We are seeking a visionary and data‑driven Manager of Data Migrations to join our small, focused team and drive roadmap execution and outcomes. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members across the Ever Health team, delivering solutions and process improvements in our data migration services that drive reduction in customer time‑to‑value and stronger customer sentiment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of 4-5 engineers tasked with transforming and loading customer data to our Ever Health products
  • Create a frictionless data migration experience for our customers. In partnership with our Technology team, enable our customers to easily upload their data and view regular updates on project progression all the way through to the end of the process.
  • Conform data migration cycle to align with our 60‑90‑day customer onboarding plan
  • Improve deficient processes that contribute to delivery delays and service quality issues
  • Handle customer escalations and attend strategic customer meetings, as needed
  • Maintain core KPIs and ensure team accountability to meet or exceed target metric performance
  • Be willing to roll up sleeves to support the engineers on your team if needed
  • Provide coaching and general support to team of engineers, including helping them solve day‑to‑day issues, discussing professional and personal development, etc.
  • Shepherd our AI customer tool strategy – provide input and drive execution of tool procurement and implementation to create force multipliers and empower our customer‑facing teams to deliver more value in shorter time.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role
  • BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of engineering leadership experience at increasing levels of scope and leadership
  • Experience with EMR/EHR data models and other industry specifications including HL7, FHIR, ICD‑10, SNOMED CT, CPT Codes, EDI
  • Strong familiarity with ETL and tools that support ETL motions (transformation tools, Apache Airflow, Amazon S3, etc.)
  • A self‑starter with a “get it done” attitude, capable of driving projects to completion
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategies clearly to stakeholders.
  • Deep fluency in software development methodologies and ability to coach/educate others in these methodologies
  • Experience working with geographically distributed teams (including remote)
  • Experience understanding HIPAA compliance and information/security requirements
  • Experience implementing AI in engineering to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
  • Strong initiative, keen attention to detail, and complex problem‑solving abilities

The Ever Commerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in‑office or you can work 100% remotely.
