• Utilize Azure AI Services to build and optimize OpenAI solutions while advocating for their strategic use
• Develop and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines using Azure Semantic Kernel and other AI services
• Craft and evaluate efficient prompt engineering solutions for Azure OpenAI models
• Serve as a technical lead on projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Mentor junior consultants and engineers through knowledge sharing and training

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in AI solution development, preferably in a consulting environment
• Proven ability to communicate complex AI concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in developing advanced AI solutions using Azure Cognitive Search and integrating it with OpenAI
• Expertise in Python programming and prompt engineering, with hands‑on experience in Azure ML

• Experience with Vector Databases, Microsoft AI Builder, and familiarity with Azure Bot Services
• Knowledge of building and deploying bots using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Experience developing solutions with Azure AI Services including Decision, Languages, Speech, Vision, and Document Intelligence
• Familiarity with Data Science tools and techniques (R, Python, algorithms) and Azure Machine Learning
