What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment
  • Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and conduct usability testing
  • Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize project requirements and dependencies
  • Conduct business process analysis and provide technical guidance on workflow improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of experience in Agile software development or related fields
  • Experience with enterprise software development projects within the past three years
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Understanding of database design and SQL techniques
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Visio, and Figma
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX) and Human Centered Design (HCD) methodologies
  • Experience in creating user scenarios and wireframes
  • Familiarity with UX analysis and competitive evaluations
