- Elicit and capture business requirements in an Agile software development environment
- Document and manage acceptance criteria, business rules, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize user stories and conduct usability testing
- Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize project requirements and dependencies
- Conduct business process analysis and provide technical guidance on workflow improvements
- Bachelor’s Degree plus 5+ years of experience in Agile software development or related fields
- Experience with enterprise software development projects within the past three years
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of database design and SQL techniques
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Visio, and Figma
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and Human Centered Design (HCD) methodologies
- Experience in creating user scenarios and wireframes
- Familiarity with UX analysis and competitive evaluations
