• 8+ years of collective experience in engineering and program management roles
• Minimum of 4 years focused on digital ads platforms or ads monetization
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Proactive and curious mindset with a creative approach to problem‑solving
• Technical depth and judgment with analytical problem‑solving experience in large‑scale systems

• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth technology environment
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical programs
